My recent stay at Bio Agriturismo Aia Del Tufo was a good escape into the heart of Tuscany, where I felt a part of the family. The restaurant's emphasis on farm-fresh, organic produce made every meal a joy-breakfasts of local ricotta and fresh fruit pies are now high on my list of lovely experiences. As a marine biologist, I appreciated their commitment to sustainability, and the opportunity to interact with the charming animals, including a particularly endearing donkey, only added to the charm. I would return on my next trip to Italy, especially for those amazing views of the countryside!
